Up for Bid is a Safety 1st child harness. I has two parts. One you can put full harness around childs chest and hook leash to back or you can use leash by it self and attach around child's wrist. I always hated these when I first had my 2 children but when I had my twin's they really helped them from running two different ways for me.
Plus it does keep your child safe at a large public place or outing.
