Description

The listing, Pokemon Promo e-Reader Cards: Ho-oh & Rapidash has ended.

Here are two promotional Pokemon e-Reader compatible trading cards, Rapidash & Ho-oh. These were only available in the November 2002 issues of Nintendo Power (#162). These are STILL NEW in the plastic and have never been used. You can either collect them or use them with the E-reader device.

Description on cardboard backing:
Evolve your battles to the next level with Pokemon-e: Expedition, the latest expansion of the Pokemon Trading Card Game. And Nintendo Power has two cards you won't find anywhere else--Rapidash and Ho-oh! Scan the cards into Nintendo's new e-Reader to create fun effects on your Game Boy Advance. Scan the short bar of a card's code to view special data about the card. Or scan the long bar on both cards to conjure the wild GBA minigame Fire Hoops--race Rapidash through a flaming obstacle course while Ho-oh soars overhead!

FREE SHIPPING TO THE USA!
I will ship this out for free to the US within 24-48 hours of receiving the winner's address.

:D this one is fancy.
I find it incredible you still have them in the plastic, if it were me I would have ripped it off the minute I came in contact with it XD. I was naive!!

Hehe, I don't actually play Pokemon and I don't have an e-Reader so I never opened it up. It was nice of Nintendo Power to seal it in plastic along with the magazine. I don't remember if the magazine was also sealed.

If I did have an e-Reader, I probably would have ripped the package open just to play the little game that is supposed to unlock by scanning the two cards! :P
