this is a vintage schrade "old timer"

tang on clip blade reads:
ulster
usa
580t

measures:
3 1/4" closed
7" open

this knife has been used and sharpened.....a lot!!!
that being said, i think it still has quite a few years left in it

actual knife is shown
stand is not included

there's not much more i can tell you about this piece.
