The listing, Three Weeks In October by Charles A. Moose has ended.
A hardcover book with dustover, in good condition. If you were around the Washington, D. C. area in 2002 when the manhunt for two serial snipers took place The fear caused was unmistaken. It became, clear to me, that people were chosen at random by the snipers. Most people wondered if they coud be next. In my case, the gas station in the Manassas killing was only 2 miles from my house. So I knew the location, but, how good a shot someone was to hit a person from a distance across more than 6 lanes of traffic. The author is the person heading up the task force to not only ID the sniper(s) but locate an arrest them. The book is signed inside "Kevin: Best Wishes, Charles Moose 12-4-03".
