These are HP black and tri-color cartridges. Bought them for a printer that I no longer have. This set is still in unopened cardboard packaging as well as foil inner packaging. They have passed their expiration date, but everything I have read says that they should work fine. Listed another set in foil packaging in another auction as well. Free US shipping. As long as they are sealed in undamaged foil wrappers and stored in decent conditions, yes, the cartridges should work fine.
