I got this prepaid phone last summer for $180+ at Walmart the eBay value is $35-$60. This comes with USB charger cord.

You must buy your own minutes however I've used it to download music/movies/Hulu/Netflix from Google play over wifi. Its an awesome little device and I've never had any lag problems with it. You can put more memory into it via external SD card. I mainly used my WiFi network to save my minutes but it works without minutes if you use voxer/viber or other apps. You must register the sim card also I'm not sure what other steps you must do to have the phone function but its easy. If you Google LGL35G the manual is found via PDF online. Happy bidding!
