Questions & Comments
you would get more bidders if you changed it to free shipping. Adorable turtles!
Hi Thank you for your comment. I do have some auctions with free shipping. However shipping is always at least .44 and often 1.49. Also I paid for the objects. I can't afford to lose money. I am an old lady liveing on s.s.. If you would like to bid 100 points on this auction I will send them to you free. Linda
I have had people mail me earrings from listia with just the .44 stamp, in an envelope wrapped in small bags and they came through the mail quite well. I had "paid" I think around 800 credits for them. A few auctions like that, my friend, and you would be able to get yourself a $5.00 gift card and that would help you out in your situation. I see you are new and just want to help you out. People quite often pass over the auctions that do not offer free shipping. Best of luck to you!
Hi Rae Thanks for the input. As you know I am new here and although I like to play the game, I still cannot afford to lose money., I do have to pay for this merchandise. I need to experiment a little and see if what I can get for my points is worth the cost. I will not know until I have had a few auctions. I am not trying to make a big profit. Just covering the cost of object and shipping. I know I csan ship tiny things in an envelope but some things I can't. Actually thats preventing me from listing larger items. I also sell on Craigs list if you would l.ike to see what I have. My listings are the ones with the * in front of the title. Would you please tell me how to get a gift card? I have no idea. Thanks Linda
