The dig you see in the picture is a mini dachshund adult, so my bet is that it would fit a puppy just fine.

My guess is that it will fit. It MAY be a tiny bit too big, but it's difficult to tell without actually trying it on. The condition is perfect. It's only been worn 1 or 2 times for short periods of time. There's not even any visible wear and tear.
