I really dont think so ? It just says GOLD on the sticker on the back of the case. and as far as synthetic diamonds ? I don't no that either ? I'm So sorry, i'm no Help and i wish i new. I would say a low grade of Gold maybe ,and for the diamonds i would say too me they look like unreal also. I Thank you for asking.. I'm disabled here and a man so that is too strikes against me ! Why i always say Speak what you Feel in Life. Life is too short. Have Fun.I got these from a Friend and he has a wholesale place here. We trade things all the time. Like things i dont need anymore. Like Clothes or item i cant use anymore. I'm now disabled here for life and i dont have much. But the Churches and friends help us out. So i dont mind you asking. That's why i say to people thank you for helping someone in need and of a disdisablity. I have gone through so much. Even the death of my 12 year old son killed in front of me in 12-28-99.
