I just changed it to flat $3 but if I can figure out paypal and can reduce that I would love to do that. This all started with a bidder who said she wanted to order a bunch of these for 2500 each, but then she never followed through, so I'm selling them separately. I can make custom orders/colors too if you message me. Can you tell me more about paypal shipping?

They don't have holes - just ready to glue or mount. I have some unembellished ones on a head pin though - they are in orange and a dusty gold color - similar to the one I used for the necklace I had posted.

They don't have holes. They need to be glued or mounted in some way. I do have some unembellished ones in sparkly dusty gold or orange on headpins ready to go - like the one I used in the necklace in my closed auctions. Paypal best for shipping, or concealed cash - but there of course is more delay that way. Usually $2.97 with tracking.

I'm thinking about GINing this for my choice of 2....a little confused though. It says exact shipping, then in your description you mention free shipping and $0.90 for tracking. Is it free, or is it exact? I ship a lot, and use PayPal to create my labels, and something like this would be $1.69 including tracking, so is that what it would be? Sorry, just need some clarification :)

I have sent a bunch of these out with free shipping and it has cost me $2.07 each without tracking through USPS. Does paypal provide a discount on postage with USPS? The sentence about free shipping is part of what I paste into every record and I forgot to remove it. Sorry about the confusion. I always do free on paper goods that go with stamps, of course. : )

Yes, if you print/pay for the label through PayPal, tracking is free and only costs $1.69 for 3 oz or less.
