I am not understanding why all the requests to opt people out of thus auction !! Are there no Listia rules about this ??? I have NEVER had this request before. Why bother bidding if you don't want it ?? Not sure what I can do at this point !!

You have great auctions! Don't worry about people like that making ridiculous requests! If they put a bid in, then they need to follow through with their word. If not, they lose their credits. It's not fair that you waste your time and energy listing something and reckless bidders go around putting bids without falling through with them.
