Size Small, Gorgeous gold and black design

with a big black bow. Jeweled adjustable straps,

hem is fluffed out, does not lay flat. Almost

like a bubble hem. Also has "Baby Phat"

signature all over the dress.

Great for a night on the town, dates and more.

The material is 88% Nylon & 12% Spandex

The measurements are: from underarm to underarm

is 15" or all the way around is 30". The

length is 33".

Preowned, but in perfect condition.

Hi, yes, this does have an empire waist, so under the bust and then comes out from there. I hope that helps. I think it would cover the belly nicely.

It is well attached with a band around the back of the fabric, so if you take it off, then you would need to gather the fabric again. So it can be done, but will take some work.. This dress is well made.
