It says it is a file tote with a removable expanding letter size file folder. I removed my file folder and use as a purse/Tote. This is pretty large and very durable material. It has 2 small pockets on outside and 3 small pockets on inside main pocket. It has a clasp closure It also has side drawstrings to make tighter. (LAST 1 I have)
