To verify you need to go to "Saved Shipping Addresses" and enter the address you want your items mailed to. Once that is done they will verify it. Sometimes it's quick, other times it could take a day or two. But once it's done that's it and when you win an auction you just click have it shipped and the verified address will pop up and you click that and done.

Thanks! Huh, well that answers my question. I'd been in a previous auction with a different seller & my address is verified, but didn't get my item. ugh. Thanks again for the info.
