i was shipping it in a flat rate medium size box. that is the amount for that size. i can put in a regular box maybe the shipping will be less if i do that. i can check andsee and let you know thanks

i have decided since the shipping seems to be high i will send in a regular box instead of a flat rate medium box. so what ever the shipping is that is what you will pay. it might be cheaper doing it that way. it won't fit in a small flat rate box so that is why i said medium.thanks

As an ebay seller, shipping safely and making sure it is packed well can make the cost of shipping higher due to the weight of the item. Usually you can do the flat rate box at 11.95 with out packing materials. I understand the cost of shipping especially for glass items. :) Good Luck

thanks for being understanding. everyone is telling me the shipping is too high. i can't put in small flat rate box it won't fit. don't want to take the chance of it breaking in transit.thats why i said med.flat rate. i don't get what the problem is. i sell on ebay also and know what it is like to have to make sure glass items are well packed
