I'm assuming it does. I've never used it.. It was one of those products you get when you spend X amount of $$ & they give you a free bag of make-up or a bunch of free stuff.. this was in it. I don't use it so I put it up for auction here.

Here's some info straight from the clinique website..

Lightweight eye cream diminishes the appearance of eye puffs, darkness and fine lines. Non-creep, cream/gel formula actually helps hold eye makeup in place. For use morning and night, both under eyes and on lids. Ophthalmologist Tested.

This would be considered a sample size (I believe) Being as the sizes they had for sale on the site were 0.5 oz for $30 & a 1 oz for $48.. This is the .21oz size :) Thanks for your question. Also the amount of OZ is stated in the description :)
