FREE SHIPPING WITH GIN!!! Up for your consideration are these lovely opal earrings. The only marking is on the earring backs and it says FA5 926. I was told they are 14K and look to be but there is no marks on the post itself. I bought these from Hong Kong last year on eBay and paid a good amount so I cannot be sure exactly if they are gold over silver or what. But they are beautiful either way. I cannot wear posts comfortably so I will pass them along to you. Size is (I think) 3mm. Listia rules apply to all my auctions and no buyers remorse please. Enjoy and happy bidding!!! I have grabbed the magnifying glass to be sure (or try to be) and I've updated my listing. Thanks Gusher for pointing this out. I try to be honest with my listings. I have another pair of earrings that I suspect are gold and cz or possibly diamond accents but I've been honest about describing those as well. It's hard at the 'double nickels' age to see the markings so I will leave it up to the buyer to decide if they got a wicked deal or just a good auction. Not junk, I can assure that, unless people think anything other than pure gold is junk. LOL

***Update***, there is a marking on the earring backs (original backs from eBay dealer in Hong Kong) but the marking tells me nothing. Holding a magnet to the earrings and back, NO STICK. So there you are. I think they are lab created opals as the fire is just too good. Really pretty earrings.
