I don't see on the wrapper a listing for worsted weight, if you can tell me where to look on the label I can check again and see if I can find it.

Package says, 56% cotton,38% acrylic, and 6% polyester. It also says 6oz.

is this a thinner sports yarn or the size of reg yarn?

I would say it's a thinner yarn, I don't knit so, I'm just saying that from the yarn I have used for other things. If you tell me were to look on the package I could see if it says.

I don't know what you mean by, worsted weight. I don't see anything on the wrapper that lists worsted weight.

Does it have a little skein of yarn with a number in it? A 3 is sport weight and a 4 is worsted weight.
