i made this mix up years ago and have NEVER bought a fajita seasoning mix ever since!!! It is very good and you can vary the spiciness to your own liking. I make a double or triple batch and keep it in an airtight container or ziploc bag. also comes with directions on what to mix the seasoning mix and how to use it.. it comes as a PDX file.
