How wide are they in the leg part? Like, would they fit if you had wider calves?

yes I also have big calves and they fit me. I know how that is I can never find boots that zip up all the way or fit.

One more question, do you know if they are very slip resistant? I want them because my old boots are really worn out. They came from payless for only like 20-30 bucks, but were the best. They didn't slip on ice, and kept my feet really warm out in the snow. I'm hoping these will do the same. :)
