This is my mom's recipe for beef logs. Growing up we would make this every Christmas to hand out as gifts. Since we did this every year our friends and family would come to expect them. Some started requesting more while others asked for the recipe, which my mom wouldn't share. They were such a hit with everyone that we would have to make multiple batches just to keep up. I figured it was time to share this recipe so more people can enjoy eating them as well as giving them to friends and family as much as we have. Recipe will be delivered via Listia e-mail.
