I hate scammers good for you for keeping a good reputation, scammers should be ashamed of themselves!

What annoys me most is those buyers who win an auction and just disappear without ever leaving feedback or anything. I've noticed sometimes my credits get held as pending because I have two many auctions where the winner never came back on to mark it as received or anything. So frustrating.

I've been scammed minority's times. What I find REALLY frustrating is that you gotta wait 3 days until you can request a refund and then an additional 5 or 6 days to get your credits back automatically if the seller doesn't respond. By that time, the seller gets away with your credits and u r sitting for at least a week wondering where all this credits went.

I know. I am very honest with my winners and try to get back with them as soon as possible. A lot of the users that win the Starbucks codes auctions are very impatient. I'm not on here everyday any more.

I get the people who try to claim my books codes "have already been redeemed" or my Starbucks codes the same. One recently. The winner won 4 of my Kellogg' s book auctions. You get 1 code per auction. You need 3 for a book. They claimed that 2 of the codes were wrong. The first code they claimed it was from fruit snacks then the second had been redeemed. I gave them customer service's number so they can look into it. They then claimed that the first one they got credit for but they still needed a new code for the second one. I told them I need proof. They got made and left me "neutral" feed back. Lol. Now I only redeem the codes and offer the book in an auction. This way I know the codes are legit. Less hassle with the people trying to get free stuff. (I didn't open the box of cereal till I gave out the codes so I knew they were full of it.)

Been on here a long time and have run into everything. I think Listia shoud make it mandatory that new members actually read the rules and policies and have to pass a test so they understand. I have just had to dispute 5 auctions on new members (only one honestly with a problem). I have also learned to leave feedback last. I always put tracking on everything shipping through Paypal, as the tracking only cost me .20 instead of the .85 at the P.O. And also, while I am on a roll, what is all this fanning, fan me back. I fan someone if have a successful transaction with them, not because they fanned me. With almost 4000 successful auctions, my feedback is at 98%, just due to a hospitalization quite unexpected and scammers who leave bad feedback just because of nothing. I have ony blocked one person for life, who won one of my auctions,and two days later before I had a chance to mail, marked me as a scammer and started doing it on every auction I had going. Anyway, I think this is a great auction, will be bidding, but will not fan until we have done business and expect the same. Have fun!!

lol yea just when you think you have seen it all..... Had a bad buyer Marcus - claimed a shipping problem - that shipping was due for 1.61 for my gba game I sent him - said he declined package which means -return to me - but Noooooo he then disputes and I dispute for proof & that I will see package when returned and he ends dispute - now claiming package - I check his feedback and he had many Many mentions of shipping due from sellers that sent him items - had done this to Many others - trying to hold feedback hostage for 1.61 PayPal threatens bad feedback - I have since learned all Sellers should be the last to leave feedback and before feedback issues should be discussed.

I am rather new to Listia but I have already had issues. One of my sellers sold me a ring saying it was a size 6. When I got it I sized it at an 8. I told the seller she sent me the wRong sized ring & she got mad & told me she had only 1 ring it as a size 6 & I was just trying to be problematic! I told her I would keep the ring & just relist it & even after that I am still getting harrassing e-mails from this women WHO'S IN DENIAL about a wronged sized ring! CRAZY!

Make Verified address MANDATORY = Problem Lessened - at Least for ship to auctions make it Mandatory before bidding allowed = less fake auctions of punks just posting auctions to get "free listing credits" to use and make Listia unreliable :(

Listia's computer program descriminates against certain top sellers, such as myself (which is why I've pulled my best listings) I've had over 1500 positive feedbacks and one negative (I granted a liar a refund) and yet ALL of my credits are kept in a pending status!!! Viva La LISTIA!!! I've heard I'm not the only one.

I had an auction up that this lady from brooklyn won. Well I put tracking on it but my mailman who is about 100 years old, marked them as delivered instead of received when he picked them up. She immediately started throwing a fit, I tried to explain what had happened but she was already threatening to ask for a refund. It should have been delivered in 4 days and 5 days later she said it hadn't been delivered and would wait until Monday but she was going to file to get her credits back. I had my husband contact the post office and they told him it had been delivered within 3 days and the exact time. Amazingly all of a sudden she got them when I gave her that information. Luckily she never left me feedback.

Wow, a very inconsiderate buyer. This really gets me as well. They expect the world when you make a mistake and still leave bad feedback. Me, you and many others don't send "invalid" codes because we test and verify them, but we are human and can make mistakes. I had a mistake this morning and explained it before sending the code. Fortunately, the buyer is a highly regarded Listian that understood. She still took the code and left positive feedback. Can't love people like that enough. Thank you Becky! Why can't people understand mistakes are made sometimes and as long as we make a serious effort to correct it, we shouldn't get crap like you just did earlier. There is a lot of great people on here, but there are also some people that have no common sense or decency. Oh and by the way, we also have lives outside of Listia. We can't always send codes or messages right away! Gotta get back to work now.

I'm a new buyer and still learning the ropes I did have a seller that after I sent my shipping they closed there account. I was extremely disappointed because they used a child's item that I was really looking forward to having for my two daughters. I hope my name never ends up in one of these tho.

If I'm remembering correctly this was originally offered for 25,000 Gin. I really felt like that was too high, so this gives a lot more people a chance to get this movie for a reasonable rate
