This is a set of 4 doggy boots size xtra small and fits our Pekingnese (but he is too old to tolerate them). Very well made, I paid quite a bit for these. They have a waterproof upper, the sole is rubber w/ little 'dots' for traction and the part that goes around the ankle is thick cotton ribbed. They attach with a long velcro strip so they stay on quite nicely! It's cold in my part of the country, so dogs need to have their paws protected against the freezing sidewalks & snow as well as salt, which burns their pads.
