The phone has NO scratches and it does hold a charge. The sound does work and it does vibrate. Volume buttons work as well.

the only thing wrong with the phone is when you power it on it powers on and off continuously like 10 times then it finally stays on. I am sure it can be an easy fix for someone that can mess with it or if you know someone that messes with phones.

I will email the winner at the end of the auction and stay in touch to let you know when i ship it out. Remember, i have 7 days to ship out the item.

I agree!!! Very nice phone, I have the same one, strong,durable phone! Seems like mine don't ever wanna break! Dropped it lots of times and it still works perfect!!! Takes sometime to dint up!!! its ok.. what I've read so far with the htc eve 4g you can have the phone flashed to work with cricket. i read on their website that they now flash phones for the customer as well. so I'm sure it'll work. if you're still concerned you can always call them and ask if they can flash the htc eve 4g. and again, please remember that there is a problem with the phone. it powers on and off numerous times before it finally stays on. you might need someone to look at it and fix the issue. if this is something you do not want to deal with i recommend you don't bid

Fanned and watching! Can you use it for free wi-fi without paying for a contract or pay as you go? Does it power on and off ten times by itself? Or do you have to keep pushing the button ten times to get it to work? How long does it take to get it to start working properly? Can you show a picture of it with a Facebook or Listia page on it?

im not sure exactly what you mean by free wifi. wifi is free. it can connect to the internet. the phone turns on and off many times like i stated in the description then after like 10 times of it powering on and of, on its own, it'll stay on. its something that will need to be fixed for sure which i stated in the description as well. I'm not sure exactly how long it takes to get it to start working. I haven't timed it. its different every time. if this is something that you are not wanting to deal with i would suggest you not bid because you'll still have to find someone that can fix it.

no, i will not put the ESN on here in the eyes of the public. the reason why is because anyone can get the esn of a phone that is not activated and activate it without the hone and use the insurance. Read about it and i do not feel comfortable putting that out in public.
