This is an authentic Burberry coat made in England. I'm not sure how to take a formal measurement of a coat but I can tell you that (measuring the backside) the coat is 46.5 " from the top of the collar to the bottom seam. The arm inseam is 18". Collard and Tan in color, this coat has six buttons down the front and a belt with a buckle around the waist. There appears to be two outer pockets, but they really just provide access to the pockets on whatever clothing is worn under the coat. However, there are two interior pockets on either side, and I believe it is water-resistant. This coat is in exceptional condition, showing very little (if any) to no wear at all!! Very classic, sophisticated and durable!!!

Okay, how to properly measure a coat. Lye flat on the floor. Button up front. Measure across bust from under arm pit to arm pit, that equals bust size. Next, measure from the seam at the collar that hooks onto the sleeve....that is the shoulder length. normally runs 5-6 1/2" (called NAP to Shoulder seam) Next: from where the top part of shoulder where the sleeve is sewn in, measure from there to the hem of the cuff.(arm length) Now the BACK: at top of coat, measure from the highest point from shoulder-to-shoulder (where the sleeve seams are). That equals the width across the back. Then finally, from the highest point at the top of the coat (near the collar) all the way down the coat for length. Easy and simple. Measure away girl, and let us know if it will fit one of us! Thanks

PS. If there is NO shoulder seam (set in sleeve) then just measure the side of the sleeve at the cuff all the way up to the collar. Thank you.
