I have a son who wears men's small. Is this unisex or ladies fitted? would it fit him?

Hi! If your Son wears a men's size Small, it will be too tight on him. It is not capped sleeve, regular short sleeves. But I just think it may be a bit tight:( you can check the measurements I provided in the description & go with what you think. Just my opinion. I thank you for your interest!!!
