hey thanks for asking: from pit to base is approximately 11 inches give or take a cm/inch I measured with my thumb, the tip of your thumb to the base of the first knuckle u hit is approximately 1 inch

well i got one of these for my self b4 I gave birth hoping I could were it after and it was way to small on me so i gave it to my sister, I am also a 42DD but it wasn't the bust that stopped it from fitting I have very wide hips, so I would measure everything first, see if u match description size these do run small
