Remember its just the Marilyn Monroe wall clock up for sell, not the guitar. I may put the guitar up at a later date, I have not seen one of this quality on the site, but its going to cost more than the clock for sure.......and I will have to add shipping to it. I got an invitation on FB to go to there today........Le Chat Noir.......what kinda place is this? I like live music mostly..........and yes you can pick it up from me or I can meet you somewhere if you win the bid......looks like a lot of people interested though.....its going to go down to the wire on this clock, it is a beautiful clock though......not solid wood but MDF wood which is a manufactured wood with risen in it. I holds up better than solid wood........and you know they way the humidity is here in Augusta.

Just to let the bidders know, this clock is still hanging on my wall, it is untarnished, no marks at all, has not been moved since I first purchased it, When i ship it out, It will be in a safe in a secured packaging, so that nothing, except for some god given catastrophe, will harm its look. Oh, and it does keep great time. :).

My passions in life have always been beautiful women and beautiful music, hence the second picture of the Marilyn Monroe wall clock up for auction and my guitar in front of it. The guitar is not for auction, yet, or maybe never.......but I may surprise it up in the future, but it will have to have shipping added to it, and a starting bid higher than the clock........very nice guitar......for now though I will keep it and play it. :)

Incase you are wondering what MDF wood is...........Medium density fiberboard (MDF) is a high grade, composite material that performs better than solid wood in many areas. Made from recycled wood fibers and resin, MDF is machine dried and pressed to produce dense, stable sheets. MDF is more stable than solid wood and stands up better to changes in heat and humidity. Solid wood boards typically expand and contract both horizontally and vertically when temperatures and humidity rise and fall. Because of this, cabinets, doors and paneling made from solid wood require a high level of care and maintenance.

My guitar has to be adjusted through a truss rod, with a hex tool because it is made of solid wood. And humidity changes makes me have to change it from winter and summer months.......on the fretboard that is......where the pick is on the strings, the rod is on the inside of the hole of the body of the guitar. Nice color huh? I think I have good taste......LOL.
