I am auctioning my recipe for Tamale Meatloaf, or you can make this into meatballs, your choice. I've done both, and my family loves either one. This is a delicious recipe, and if you have the cravings for something new, different from your typical meatloaf or spaghetti and meatballs dinner, this is what you've been looking for. You can see it for yourself in my pictures! This is even more delicious the next day, just add enchilada sauce and cheese on top (see the last picture) and microwave till hot and cheese melts, and dinner's ready!!! YUUUUMMMM!!

Eddie does the cooking since I bring home the bacon & still find it difficult to stand for long. Am trying to learn to cook sitting down but that's much easier said than done, lol. Will show this to him to see if he thinks he'd fix it. Merry Christmas & God bless

oh I'd think it is difficult to cook sitting down, since the stove is not as low as it needs to be for you to see all of the stovetop, and also could be dangerous if something hot falls on your laps, ooouuuuch!
