are the bottoms waterproof? do they have soles? or is it just material only for the sole?
I'm looking for something so my dog's feet don't get wet and cold from the snow.

They are water resistant. They were to small for our dog so im not sure if they would keep warm. Yes, it is a weather proof material on the bottom.

Do you know what number size they are or weight level they are for? My dog is 60lbs an wears a size 7 do you know if these are close to that?

I do not know what size they are. They measure from "heel" to "toe" 3 3/4". Hope this helps.
