Very expensive program. Old computer crashed and I had to buy a new one. The new computer has windows 7 loaded and this program will NOT work on Windows 7. Works on Windows XP. Question: If it was registered to your computer and your computer crashed, then guess you were not able to take it off of your computer. If that is so, is it possible for someone else to use it and get updates?

I never registered it. My computer quit working due to an overheating issue and the computer was my husband's and it was over 8 yrs old so he didn't want to get it fixed. We were able to transfer files off the other computer, but no programs.

Was it installed once, twice? Serial is clean and marked on the box/cd?
