oh and can u tell me like what pads to use with this to take off my eye makeup cuz im new with makeup and never had remover before so don't no what to use to put the remover on

Oh good for you!! I say if you look good you feel good!!
I find the triple (or jumbo) size cotton puffs, or the tube of cotton rounds work best. don't use TP (it will crumble and basically disintegrate). Tissues are ok in a pinch but absorb too much of it--the cotton balls/puffs are absorbent in a small area.
