i thought stamped marks with 1/20 is gold filled, only costume pieces do not have any kind of stamped marks

They don't stamped any thing that is gold filled. Because it is only gold filled and it is not considered a real gold. What they do is mix gold into another metal.

on 9k gold filled it is marked on the finger of clasp but you need a jewelers eye peace to see it and it says 9kgf

The Federal Trade Commission governs gold-filled the same as other percentages of gold, silver, and platinum. Items which are gold-filled must be stamped in order to be sold as such in the US. I'm a jeweler!
