It has the Disney copyright on the back. It also says on the back "The Variety Club" Arm & Wand. It comes with a display card that says "This year's pin commemorates Walt Disney's 100th birthday and commitment to children" (*I DO NOT HAVE THE DISPLAY CARD). Mickey's arm sticking out of his Sorcerer's robe is holding a magic wand that has placed pixie dust in a heart around the pin and the explanation . It has a safety pin type clutch on the back.
