yea, some people know that expensive things will be charged a tarrif/import tax, but they will ask you to lie on a customs form to get out of it.
There are a lot of restrictions most people don't know about. Like you can't send a deck of cards to any middle eastern country, you can't send any electronics to the middel east or far east. And I believe it is India that pay pal won't even allow to use them..It is all on the USPS website, if you learn to use it. I have just gotten to the point I don't ship anywhere but the US. I know it is sad because there are a lot of good Canadian people that try to buy off here...

you need to make sure you can send to Canada. There are a lot of restrictions with customs. If it is valued over 20.00 you will have to pay duties and excise taxes on it.
unless you lie on the customs form and say it is a gift....That is something you really don't want to do....
