you have to verify your account and save your address. when you're on the website, on the left see of the page, theres a box under "account settings" and in that box you will find "verify account" and "saved shipping addresses". make sure those are filled out and saved. after you win an auction thats how you send your address information out.

Nope. Not at all. Just plug it into your cars 12volt dc adapter better known as cigarette lighter adapter and power it on.
