A used, but tested and working Sony Playstation Console (NTSC - North America) Comes complete with one controller, the cables & cord, and a carrying bag.

The carrying bag is from a school educational/experimental program called Lightspan and has zipper pocket on both fron and back, as well as inside the lid flap. There is a sticker claiming the property of BCSD and a # on most of the items in this lot; however these items were acquired legitimately several years ago.

Hey, everybody! I love that Listia offers a "like" button for auctions. I gladly "like" auctions, because it shares it with all of my friends. The more exposure we get here on Listia, the more people that sign up. The more people selling and buying, the more cool stuff for us to get our hands on for just the cost of credits and occassional shipping cost. Not a bad plan! It was the first game system that I had ever bought for my children. My favorite game was ESPN X Games. Over the years I managed to acquire a few of them and learned to repair them. I still have a couple more, but not with cords, controller or carrying bag. This is the last that has all of that included. Thanks for checking it out.

It means that it is a US Playstation and not a Japanese or European one. Those would be labeled with PAL or NTSC - Japan. Each type plays that specific regions games. A NTSC-North America Playstation would not play PAL or Japan games, just as those ones wouldn't play our American games. I hope I answered your question sufficiently. I mainly put the information in there, because some people look specifically for regions other than their own to play games that they would otherwise not be able to play. I hope I didn't confuse you. Thanks for asking such a great question!
