This is called a Nano micro writing system. It is for very tiny writing. This one has an autograph book and a slam book (Don't ask, I have no idea what a slam book is). it includes a pen and a magnifier. It is brand new in the package. Good luck!

Questions & Comments

A slam book example. Take a notebook and write a question on each page. Number the pages like you are taking a quiz. 1-25 or whatever fits in the page. It is then passed around for people to answer the questions. They are the same number on every page no names. We did this in the 80's. Trust me questions get very personal. But it's fun.
