This listing is for ONE of the exact pieces shown in the picture. I was a piercer for more than a decade and a half and have about 1800 pieces of brand new jewelry left. I have a wide variety, so if you are looking for something specific let me know. If you don't see it in my listings, I can create another listing just for you. Every piece is 14 gauge surgical stainless steel and every piece is new and unused. Feel free to ask questions!

How small do you need for lip piercing?

hey there, girl! How is her lip doing? for a fresh piercing a 14 is standard but you could go down to a 16 if you wanted to, no smaller than that. If the piercing is done at 16g, she can always put a smaller piece of jewelry in it after it is completely healed, but that takes months.

lip piercings you can have it at a size 18-12; this is actually a good size for a lip piercing. Most prefer a 16 gauge though.

not true at all...an 18 gauge is way too small for any initial piercing and a 12 in too big for some piercings such as a lip. Jewelry tends to migrate out and leave nasty scars if the jewelry is not gauged and placed correctly.
