This is a VERY hard to find item as it is part of the extremely limited edition run of only 15,000 pieces in the line and this item is numbered No.4391/15,000. **LOW NUMBER IN THIS SERIES*** Super hot for collectors since Fossil does not make these kinds of collectible watches for TV or Movies anymore.

Is it water resistant? Any flaws such as scratches? Does it keep accurate time? Men's or women's? Length?

It doesn't say anything about being water resistant on the watch. I think it needs a battery and I believe it's a men's watch. and it has some normal wear as any used watch.
