Up for auction today is an antique tag from the now-defunct Grants department store. This one happened to be in Warner Robins, Georgia, for a small history on the tag. This tag-amazingly-is in perfect condition. It has no rips, tears, etc. The brand on the ladies undergarment was Isis. At the bottom front of the tag, this garment had the Good Housekeeping seal of approval. I'm not sure that you can read it in the pix; but the reverse side, has the washing instructions. LOL =D For sure, this was the tag that was on the package; but, not the price tag. I have no idea what the price was. I was but a very young girl, not old enough to know what a girdle was for, much less know what the price was. LOLOLOL =D This is a very nice item for folks that like to collect advertising. This tag was found in the top drawer of my mom's chest of drawers, when she was moving. She said, "Here, you can throw this away." I could not believe that I had heard her right! I started saying, "Uh-uh, don't you throw that away!!!" She looked at me like I was crazy and asked me, "Why not???" Right then and there, I told her that I could list it on here; and guaranteed, somebody would want it!

This item comes from a smoke free, cat friendly home. No cat fur in the shipment of this item.

Alright, let's make this a Watcher's auction; and see, if I can get my next Watcher's Badge. Watch me, and I will watch you back.

Well, let's get this auction started. Ladies and Gentlemen, are you ready for a very nice auction???
Happy bidding, Good luck, and let the bidding begin!!! Who will give me 299? Now, 399? Now, 499???

Will someone please bid on this? I do have others to offer such as Sears and more. However, I will probably not offer it if this auction does not have a winner. This is my first time offering this type of item. I'm feeling very discouraged about this bc it was a 10-day auction.

latoyabessard1, thank you for bidding. I was about to give up hope on getting any bids on this. I only offered it bc I know that there are people out there that collect advertising memorabilia. Grants, the department store, was a very large store; and has been defunct since I was a little girl. Mom said that they closed nationwide because they went bankrupt. I don't know anymore to the story than just that. Again, thanks for bidding. Have a great day! -EJ =D
