Two (2) brand new, individually wrapped ThermaCare Heat Wraps for the Back & Hip, size L-XL, Air-Activated, One Time Use, exp 2012-07
The package states that they are good for up to 8 hours, but I use them for a full 12 hours. They work miracles. I use them all the time and managed to acquire a large number of them, more than I am able to use before their expirations.

Hey, everybody! I love that Listia offers a "like" button for auctions. I gladly "like" auctions, because it shares it with all of my friends. The more exposure we get here on Listia, the more people that sign up. wow! congrats on the twins! I am personally so done with having kids, lol. Parenting has not been fun. My oldest is almost 17, while his sister just turned 7. I use the heat wraps for back pain too,,, I wish they would've been around starting with my first pregnancy *^_^*

Oh my gosh! I didn't realize that! They are Sm-Med, like it says in the title. I copied and pasted the description from one of my previous listings. I thought I made the neccessary changes. I positively apologize to anyone who bid under the pretense that they would be lg/xl. I am very very sorry. They ARE Sm-Med.
