This is a Mens Stainless Steel Fossil watch model FS-3079.
waterproof up to 50meters/165feet.

was one of the "fossil rocks" types nice color....light blue to almost white in the middle and gets darker into a dark blue.

not missing any of the stones in the dial and has a few slight scratches on the dial.

needs a battery and will be working again....my wrist is about 7.5 inches around and it fits very well just for a size reference.
