This iPad looks new because I do own every single iPad and mini and did not use it heavily. I am an iOS developer and I first wrote iPad app even when iPad was not available in the market. My iPad app (Feeddler) was ranked top 10 regularly in the App Store for three years. This iPad was mainly used for app testing.
