The listing, Preemie/newborn snuggle up has ended.

This is a snuggle up padded wrap for a preemie or smaller newborn. They are used in hospitals to swaddle them and make them feel more comfortable. There are two long ties on the side that can criss cross or wrap in many ways. This was washed before it was put into storage, but some kind of stain has appeared on the side. I am sure it would come out with some oxy clean but you will be bidding on it as is.

I added a pic I found off the internet. It's to snuggle the baby itself so it's kind of swaddled

YW. The company actually has a web page with more pics but they were hospital pics in black and white. They show different ways to use it, but it's difficult to tell because of the medical equipment also in the pics.

I'm not sure what that is, but I was induced with both of my kids and for me it was great not to have to sit around waiting for a surprise in the middle of the night.

is this the pattern it is in? can this be used for newborns or just premies?

The pattern is the little hearts....it's a close up. It can be used for both preemies and newborns unless your doctor would say it was unsafe for your preemie. It's meant to swaddle. I imagine you could also use it in a car seat or stroller later on to keep their head snuggled (without the straps of course). It is bigger than a normal head cozy because it's meant for the whole body but on a larger baby it would work just fine for that.

my niece just had twin preemies this will be perfect for one of them they weigh 2lbs and 3lbs and 2oz for the boy the girl is the little one they came 10 weeks too early
