The listing, HP mini netbook has ended.

HP mini with charger and win 7, in good working order. the screen has been replaced, and it has a really small chip in the side of the case cuz of the screen being replaced. the battery does not hold a charge, but works just fine when plugged in. you can get a replacement battery on amazon for 30 bucks. it does have a mobile modem and its from Verizon. the shipping is free and it will be shipped USPS priority mail with tracking number. this is as-is no buyers remorse and your shipping info needs to be sent with in 7 days or you lose your credits. will be reformatted before shipped.

there is a tools petition on the HDD that let's you set it back to factory settings.

no, you can just use the WiFi, unless you want to use the mobile modem then yes you do, it takes a sim card. I use it with the WiFi on my network and works just fine.
