In observance of Martin Luther King Day and one of the most famous speeches of all time, we have the "I Have a Dream" auction ~ if you struggle to sleep or just want some relaxing items, this one is for you.

Sure, shipping to Canada would be $ 8, roughly half of what it would cost (the Dr Teals is very heavy)...

Oh yeah by the way I really need something to help me go to sleep besides the RX I already take that I seem to be used to :( I wish there was something to help me wake up in the morning, I'm up till 5am as you probably have seen from my messages then get up at 6.45am to get son off to school then go back to bed till 2 or 3 pm then go to work, I need a life. I do not sleep much but finally slept last night & am still waking up alll the way...so I am the same way. They say routine is also key at getting to sleep...a bedtime routine. But routines & schedules are foreign concepts to me, lol. And yes, I have a hard time waking up too!
