Used but in very good shape. I used it on the AT&T (through a subsidiary called CellOne). The phone is unlocked and will support SIMS and be ready to go. I purchased this NEW about 18 months ago off of eBay when my plan phone died. I paid a lot for it and it has been gently used, spent most of the time in my purse or desk drawer at work. I used it for six months until my plan allowed for another plan phone. This phone is a 'worldwide' smart phone. Color screen, measures 2 1/2" diag. It weighs 4 oz. Had LOTS of compliments! It has these cool rainbow lights around the outside in the red area that light up whenver you receive a call (I bought it because it was PRETTY LOL)! It is touch screen w/ stylus, has a li-on battery, charger, USB cable, owner's manual (minus to cover, shipped that way to me), and a stylus. You can write texts w/ stylus freehand and the phone will type it for you. Supports MP3 ringtones.Dimensions are approx. 4.5" x 2" x 1/2" thick. Camera is 2.0 MegaPixel, supports TWO sim cards (great for a work sim and a personal sim.. but ONE phone.. Cool!). Has color screen, blue tooth, easy to navigate menu, supports numerous languages, And is Quad band (works on a lot of different networks), speaker phone, email, std and multi media texts and more! NOTE: the charging unit has a European plug but there is an adapter that changes it to US! Comes with a memory card for music, pics, etc. Calendar, World Clock, Alarm, much more. Stylus stores inside of phone! The phone is in gently used shape, clean, taken care of. In my opinion it looks better in person than in the photos above. Sold AS IS but promise you it worked well last use, been stored well. I don't know that brand name. It's an international phone. I took the back off of it and looked at the writing underneath. I can see the EIN number but not a manufacturer name. It was a very good phone, never had any problems out of it. And loved the light effects on it and call quality. But I wanted a Motorola Droid when my contract was up and went for it! Our old phone company got bought out by Verizon, and Verizon doesn't take the SIM card style phones, so this phone wouldn't work on the Verizon network. But I kept it because most of my friends and family are on AT&T and I wanted to keep it as a spare for them. But since Verizon took over in our area, AT&T has little coverage here now and everybody's pretty much got on board w/ Verizon now... So I thought someone on here may want a phone upgrade or replacement phone without putting out the bucks!

can u use one sim or does it need two seperate sims to function ?

Yes, you can use one sim. If you put in one sim, it'll read on the front "Sim 2 empty" or something like that. I just used the one sim and there was a setting to disable the notification about the 2nd sim, I had it turned off. The owner's manual tells you have to change settings like that, and it's included.

No contract. I bought it as a replacement phone so it should work with no problemss on a network that accepts sim cards. I know it worked on at and t network because that's the network I was open.
