The listing, Samsung touchscreen phone has ended.

Locked Samsung touchscreen phone by AT&T. We switched carriers and I thought that I would put it on here. Normal wear and tear no major scratches or anything. Great phone and it comes with the charger! Thanks for bidding!

So locked means it can only be used with At&t or you have an unpaid bill with at&t and it can not be used? Is the ESN clean?

what is the esn? Locked means that they were bought at at&t and I believe can only be used through them

Thanks for the info! There is a number on the back inside of the phone where people wanting to bid on this phone can call AT&T and make sure that they can put their sim card in and it will work. I hope you dont think I am being rude.

Just a hint here. If there is a bill owed on this, then a person can not use it. the bill has to be paid to unlock the phone. I have had to do this in the past. Nice auction.
