All auctions are final, I don't give credits back for buyers remorse. Your Listia verified shipping address and shipping payment (unless its free) must be sent within 7 days or i will re list the auction ( as per listia rules) and you will lose your credits. I don't want to sound
harsh but i have had many problems with this.

I will always give you a confirmation number but if you want insurance you will have to purchase that (unless i ship your item priority mail, then insurance will be included) please keep that in mind when bidding. If the post office breaks something and you don't insure it you cant get your credits back. This has never happened but you never know with the post office, so let me know if you want insurance and i will let you know how much it is based on the value of the item.
